I want to help you get to know the surrounding area and neighborhoods, a little about the culture here, as well as the people and of course, I’ll even slip in some tips on where to find great shopping bargains and some hidden beach spots!

I also plan to cover local market conditions in buying or investing in real estate in this area and touch on different architecture, history and even, design features in many of the homes here.
